Custom Frames

Torus Bicycles are designed by Justin Burls from Burls Bicycles. Burls Bicycles specialise in the design and fabrication of high-quality, made to measure bicycle frames, using the same combinations of high-tech, premium quality tubing.

• Steel tubing is sourced from manufacturers such as Columbus and Reynolds
• Titanium main tubes and stays are constructed from Ti-3AL-2.5V (3% aluminium, 2.5% vanadium, 94.5% pure titanium), while the head tube, bottom bracket shell and drop outs are made from Ti-6AL-4V

Justin has over ten years experience in the design of custom geometry bicycle frames for a multitude of disciplines, including road, track, mountain, cyclocross, commuter, tandem and more.
